Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and phmacao1 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on phmacao1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the phmacao1 platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phmacao1 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). To register and use the phmacao1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: phmacao1 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
phmacao1 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
To access the full range of phmacao1 services, you must create a registered member account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phmacao1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phmacao1 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phmacao1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phmacao1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
KYC Verification: phmacao1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds.
phmacao1 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmacao1 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which phmacao1 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phmacao1 account upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account balance.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
phmacao1 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
phmacao1 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to its members from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
General bonus conditions applicable to all phmacao1 promotions include:
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated tools — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
All games available on the phmacao1 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
phmacao1 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games and live dealer protocols for live casino titles. All games have been independently tested for fairness. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phmacao1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account. phmacao1's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical issues beyond phmacao1's reasonable control.
For sportsbook bets, all markets are subject to phmacao1's sportsbook rules, including rules on void bets, settlement procedures, and in-play betting restrictions. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at phmacao1's discretion if the bet was placed after the relevant outcome was determined.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmacao1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the phmacao1 Platform — including but not limited to the phmacao1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of phmacao1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phmacao1 Platform without prior written consent from phmacao1.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phmacao1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phmacao1's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their phmacao1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmacao1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
phmacao1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to members seriously. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

phmacao1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. phmacao1 is not obligated to return funds associated with accounts closed due to fraud, Terms violations, or illegal activity.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phmacao1 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phmacao1 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phmacao1 support. phmacao1 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phmacao1 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
